WallacheCon is dedicated to providing a welcoming, harassment-free gaming experience for everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or tabs vs spaces preference. We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of gaming participants in any form. Sexual or discriminatory language and imagery is not appropriate at any time.

Everyone associated with WallacheCon including attendees, staff, family members, and creatures that only you can see are required to follow the Code of Conduct. This code provides general guidelines and cannot cover every possible type of unacceptable behavior. WallacheCon reserves the right to apply corrective action to instances other than the specific examples noted.

Harassment includes discrimination, offensive verbal comments, offensive or sexual images, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, and targeting individuals in a manner that makes them feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or afraid. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Disruption includes any behavior that interferes with or prevents games or other events from proceeding. This may include yelling, threatening behavior, or using any method (including devices) to interfere with gaming sessions.

If a participant engages in harassing or disruptive behavior, the WallacheCon organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expulsion from WallacheCon with no refund, and referral to the relevant authorities. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or are made to feel uncomfortable by the behavior of others, please contact a member of WallacheCon staff immediately. WallacheCon staff will be happy to intervene, help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe and respected for the WallacheCon event.

We value your attendance and are committed to creating safe spaces.

We require participants to follow these rules at all times while on the church grounds. If you wouldn't say words or do actions with Jesus standing right next to you, then don't. Treat WallacheCon as if you are at a church because, well...you are!

By registering for WallacheCon you agree to be bound by this code of conduct and to hold blameless now and forever all staff connected with both WallacheCon and Madison County Vineyard Church for any damages, real or perceived, that may be incurred anywhere on the grounds of Madison County Vineyard Church.
